Mr Andrew Cruise is an excellent communicator and gives easy to understand explanations of medical conditions and data. He gives prompt feedback when results become available. He treated me with respect and dignity and I have every confidence in him as a medical professional. I would certainly see him again and I recommend him to others.

I've been seeing Mr Cruise for several years regarding my Meniere's disease which over the years has caused me much trouble, he's always been so readily available to help me when things are going badly wrong. The team he has are also really helpful and easy to get hold of, it's very reassuring.
Mr Cruise is very sincere, easy to talk to and everything is clearly explained, and he even contacted me recently to check my progress after the recent treatment I had.
I can't thank him enough for all the support he's given me.

Having had breathing issues with my nose for a long time, after my appointment and one week of steroids I can finally breathe easy.
I'm half way through a course of nose drops and very happy with things.

Mr Cruise was very thorough going back on my medical history til 1999, he drew a diagram of my ear to give me a full understanding of what had previously been done to my ear. I never felt rushed or that any question I had was considered irrelevant. I received a thorough letter breaking down all that had been discussed during my consultation.

Mr Andrew Cruise graduated in Medicine from the University of Southampton. He trained in general Ear, Nose & Throat surgery at Charing Cross, Barts and Northwick Park Hospitals in London. He undertook specialised training in Otology at The Royal Free and The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospitals. In 2010 he spent 6 months in Sydney performing further specialist otology training. After a year as Senior Clinical Fellow at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington he was appointed for a year as Ear, Nose and Throat consultant at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow.
In Nov 2012 he was appointed as ENT Consultant with special interest in otology at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals.
Mr Cruise is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of the British Association of Otolaryngologists-Head & Neck Surgeons (ENT UK), the British Society of Otology, the British Tinnitus Association and the Otorhinolaryngology Research (ORS) Society.
Andrew Cruise provides NHS out-patient consultations at St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey) and Ashford Hospital (Ashford, Middlesex). Operations are performed at St Peter's Hospital, Ashford Hospital and at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (Guildford). Referral to these clinics is via your GP.
He sees adults and children with all types of ear, nose and throat conditions as well as providing a specialist balance/vertigo clinic.
Andrew Cruise offers private Ear, Nose and Throat outpatient consultations and surgery at The Runnymede Hospital. Clinics are Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.
